E lastre correcto es aquel que en superficie con el equipo puesto, con el jacket totalmente deshinchado y con una respiración normal flotamos a la altura de los ojos.
Y para afinar aún más el cálculo de lastre, haz pruebas al finalizar tus inmersiones (+/- 30 bares de presión en la botella). Si con todo el equipo puesto, a 5 metros de profundidad y con el chaleco vacío, puedes mantener una flotabilidad neutra fácilmente, ¡has dado en el clavo! Si por el contrario asciendes o desciendes involuntariamente, deberás aumentar o disminuir los kilos de lastre.
