2. Viajar en avión: si buceas al nivel del mar, intenta permanecer al mismo nivel durante al menos de 24 a 48 horas para no acelerar la descompresión de tu cuerpo.
3. No beber alcohol: el alcohol tiene un efecto anticoagulante y eso afectará tu descompresión de una mala manera. Además te deshidrata, lo cual, nuevamente, es malo para la descompresión de tu cuerpo, deteriora tu movimiento y tu juicio, lo que puede provocar signos y síntomas de DCS.
4. Hacer ejercicio: después de una inmersión, debe tomarse las cosas con calma, sin correr, sin levantar objetos pesados, solo tómalo con calma y deja que ocurra la descompresión en tu cuerpo.
5. Tomar un masaje: aumentar el flujo sanguíneo de tu cuerpo justo después de una inmersión es algo malo, quizás puedas frotarte un hombro adolorido y estirarte un poco, pero un masaje de cuerpo completo puede liberar mucho líquido disuelto, gases atrapados en los tejidos de tus músculos que ahora circulan alrededor de tu sistema donde realmente no deberían estar.

Recuerda que tu inmersión, o al menos tu descompresión no termina cuando llegas a la superficie, sino que continua.
